Where are all the bug breeders?

I know there used to be a few bug breeders doing the rounds of APS selling their bugs - where have they all gone? I'm having trouble getting a reliable, reasonably priced supply of crix (and the occasional small woodies) - the place I was using seems excessive for postage/packing.

Regularly buying 2000 small and 2000 med crix. (and going broke doing so).

I dont count them

They are sold as mixed colonies by weight. 500 grams (which is a hell of a lot of roaches) goes for $60 which includes the tub the roaches live in.

I'll probably do some sorting next week so should have a few kg for sale by next weekend.

You just need more Dragons, no need to be a bug seller

I spoke to them Jason but the cute young bird behind the counter didn't seem to know what she was doing. Might have to try again, thats a pretty good price.

How small are the smalls? I've ordered some smalls from ARC and they are basically slightly bigger then pinheads - not happy!

I get crix for my wifes frogs from ARC. size seems to vary a bit but the convinence of having it delivered to your door at set intervals is great and it also works out cheaper than the pet shops round here. Also for woodie i have heard good things about herpshop

cheers
James
