A local medical supply store sells to the public as well as to doctors and they have a big range of tweezers and forceps up to about 30cm long. Try your yellow pages.

I got mine from MacDonalds. They come with the "Pasta Zoo" Happy Meals. In assorted colours too. We have a dozen floating around the junk drawer. The price was right!!!! Of course they are bright red and shaped like Ronald's hands.
