Question why woma on advanced licence?

hey guys,
here in victoria our basic wildlife licence allows us to obtain a BHP but not a woma?

without getting typing strain i will keep it simple. It basically is an old antiquated law that they and other states haven't got around to changing yet.

Because if its anything like NSW, they were put on class 2 because of the rarity in the wild and in captivity.

NSW are in the process of reassesing that tho.

i think it is because they are rare, class 2 are RARE IN THE WILD or hard to look after or venemous, that pretty much what it says on the licence

Yeah, also to a lesser extent also in captivity as people are likely to go and catch them from the wild if they are rare in captivity.

Thats what I've heard from a friend @ NPWS.

hopefully wont be long and they will be available to everyone! will do womas wonders by increasing the demand prices will probably rise back to the norm, but will increase breeding and the different morphs should start to appear maby. should be good.
