If you make sure that you buy nice relaxed snakies that are not prone to biting she will fall in love with them I'm sure. Worked for me!

There's no forcing her. She'll either come around not.

Let her go at her own pace.

If she resists too long and there is a shortage of feed..........

The main thing that people are worried about is that they are slimy or bite. As soon as they are over that fear they are ok. Try starting with a smaller snake - hey even my mum handled our spotted.

Everyone loves the feel of a snake...most are scared to touch them at first though, give her time and you'll probably find she's fine with it

My boyfriend was totally opposed to me getting a snake also. He grew up on a farm and they were taught to hate snakes
Anyway i just told him that i was gettingone no matter what he said. I just got him involved in picking a snake out and he handled heaps at the shop before we decided on a snake. We got a juvenile so it wasn't as threatening for him and now he loves Jake. He gets him out after a stressful day at work and is really into snakes.
People just see snakes in a certain way and don't really get a chance to handle a placid snake so they only ever see them as scary.
