I was advised by my vet to inject in a similar fashion to a subcut' inj, but deeper to achieve an intramuscular delivery. Did you inject perpendicular to the snake's body or on an angle against the direction of scales? I also inj the Baetril in the top third of the body, rotating the injection sites as much as possible. How did you find your Water Python react to the Baetril, did it knock the RI over?
