I forgot to say before when I first read this post, are you going to have a plan in place in case on of these new snakes get sick? I'm not trying to be mean or anything, I'm just seriously concerned that you're getting new snakes after what happened to the old one without having a plan in place.

My thoughts exactly notechistiger!...More snakes to come? when you couldn't afford a consult fee for the one you lost?? Soz but thats a bit confusing :S

And we're not just bagging you because we think you're dumb or something (or whatever you think our opinion is), but because we are very concerned about the animals that you have and will have. None of us wants to see reptiles suffering, and unfortunatly, that's happened to both of your snakes, even if it wasn't fatal to one.

didnt it get burned? i wouldn't call that an illness, wouldn't this time around she just buy some light covers? possibly you should look at investing in some before you buy more herps, but dont let a death put you off buying more just make sure your prepared before you get some more.Disclaimer: My thoughts are fictional ramblings only. Yes it did get burned but the point the guys the are trying to make is that this is the second time in a few months that there was a prob that needed vet attention and it wasnt provided
because the people cant afford it!
Personally i agree with them!
There needs to be some effort put into the needs of any future
reptile purchase and planning in place so as to be able to provide veterinary care when and
if it is needed!
