Pics on a sunny winters day

This sunny weather has me in the mood to get the critters out and take some pics. This is my Cape York Carpet female, I ran out of time to get the male out for some pics but I`ll have to soon cos I don`t have any decent pics of him.

    Hi Norm,
She is Gorgous, really Beautiful..I have just today purchase a pair of Cape York Carpets, Just waiting for them to arrive now. Been trying to find info on the Cape York Carpet but not having much success. Could you possible tell me anything about them? Anything at all. Are they terestrial or aborial? Thanks Heaps in Advance..hehe..

    Hi Coastal-Love,
I honestly couldn`t tell you a great deal about them. I keep them the same as you would a jungle as far temps go and they seem to be going well. I`ve only had them since September last year when I was lucky enough to get them for free, I`m hoping to breed them this year but not too confident it will happen.
There seems to be a bit of debate about whether they are jungles or coastals, I simply refer to them as cape york carpets but I`m no expert in this field ( I`m no expert in anything actually). This one is a pretty good handler, has never even looked like she wanted to bite me, the male (which I`ll try to get some pics of) is good to but a little bit jumpy when I first try to get him out but he usually settles before hes even out of the cage.
As far as whether they are aborial or not I think all carpets are aborial to a degree, some more than others. Give them something to climb on and they`ll more often than not use it.
Sorry I can`t be more help but thier are plenty of people on here who know a lot more than me about capeys, maybe someone else will add something or start your own thread, I would be very interested to hear what more experienced keepers have to say about them.
One more pic to add, this is the two of them last week, saw this and couldn`t resist taking a pic.
