For sale threads

Hi All,

If you can remember, do you mind putting the price in the ad as well as in the header.
If you click on an ad on the front page on the right hand side, you have to go into the forum to see the price. Some have the price in the ad and others haven't.

Yeah it is pretty annoying but I've noticed that even if you enter an amount in the 'Price' tab when creating a sale thread, it does not show in the ad? However if you go to the For Sale section and view the ads in list form you will see the price.



Maybe something for the admin to have a look at...

Either get it to automatically print it from the 'Price' tab into the ad or perhaps just add another line e.g. 'Description', 'Location' that says Price where the buyer just re-types the price.

I can't change the price in the header. so the price in the list of ads stays the same even though i have dropped it and ppl dont know unless they go into the ad where the price is still unchangeable, only i can leave a note at the bottom with the new price.

It sucks on an iPhone because unless the price is in the description you can't see it at all.

i cant understand why the PRICE heading was taken out at all !

i noticed within days when a upgrade was carried out that the price heading had dispappeared all we need is who ever looks after the CMS to go back in to that section and type price in and save all the confusion !

i did see a thread and a member posted this issue and admin said he would look into it

and as said above its a good point if the price is changed for a qiuck sale then on the heading it will stay the same

how about having pics on all ads! nothing worse than no pics, then asking for one or 2 so you can decide
only to be called a photo collector or tyre kicker just because you want a pics and wont buy sight unseen.

No, spilotafreak. We had that before and every ad was bombarded with crap.
