Hi, every one, i got ripped of this week on a pair of womas, was stupid enough to trust a bank transaction over phone, but needed money for wifes 50th birthday, well that did not end well, unfortunatley police wont help.[ civil matter ] Tried calling person from numerous phones but he wont answer and i dont have his right address. This will probably get me booted off but does any one know a Rory Myean, north side of brisbane. would really love a heads up , i dont believe in violence, just want my snakes back.

thats sucks , i just went through a big ship fight with a certain online reptile factory , actually one that sponsors aps , after 7 weeks of trying to contact him i told him i was going to department of fair trades , he changed his attitude straight away and gave my money back , hope it all goes well for you and just don't give up sometimes these things take time

This is the way this bloke works! He uses his real name but moneys dont come forth, cheques bounce, address is alway changed and can never be contacted.
If you do a little search on this site you will find the name and dealings will come up!

What a low life PR(*K. People like that will deal with the wrong person one day and will only get whats coming. Could you maybe try contacting DERM (to find out his real address) and then take it from there, I doubt they will hand over his details but you might be able to squeeze something out of them!

If you pay shop lease fees then you're entitled to the surveillance footage. If your landlord hooked up the cameras then technically you are paying them for allowing their installation for security purposes. It's what your rent covers a part of, thus it's a legality. They must provide the footage upon request otherwise you can get the security company to hand it over with a 'lack of adequate service' clause via police. They are withholding evidence and you could get it if you're persistent enough with the police. I'm not sure on the specifics but it has been done. My father owned a dive shop years ago and a similar thing happened because the security company were chosen by the landlord. With enough statements given against him and the footage there should be no excuse for this guy not having a future court appearance date. Sorry to hear about the bad news and I hope someone can catch the mongrel so that you and others can see some justice.

thats why its cash in hand or you get the goods when the funds clear. I keep trying to tell my folks this but he just won't listen. I would try derm if you can confirm this is his real address and license. they will probably do a wee little raid on him too if we're lucky

You know I recently was on here and found some more snakes I was interested in purchasing!
After contacting the seller I was told yep transfer the money over. I was like well... u know this isnt my first rodeo and usually an exchange of contact details happens. I expected him to understand that I WAS going to pay and he had nothing to loose by reassuring me a little I was about tohand over $1,300 to someone in Sydney. I just dont get that he didnt understand my hesitation. And basically he just stopped responding. I have many breeders I can give him my name for and he could make sure I was legit. Anyway I am doing this again with another person on here with Albino Darwins (Olive) is his name. I am more comfortable with him but I do hope he understand my hesitation and this time its $1,700! Anyway THAT is why I get scared!!!!!!! Cause no one helps you out. Lucky my hubby and his mate have people in HIGH places that come in the form of two wheel motorbikes and well you get my drift ;-)
