My handsome lill coastal python becomes very active after eating - however I have read that if you handle a snake after feeding they can throw up. Is it best to just let him slither around in the cage or can I take him out for cuddles?

Sliding around his enclosure at his own pace and effort is less arduous then being picked up and handled after a feed.
