Just wondering where I send a QLD movement advice? It says to send it to the Chief executive but it doesn't have the address on there? Do I just send it to the head office in Brissy?
Cheers

Hi,
Just go to the EPA website, and send the Movement Advice to their main address. That's what I did.

The pink copy is supposed to act like a receipt to say that you actually recieved the animal. As they can't be bothered putting an address on it I usually don't burden my interstate buyers with the extra stuffing around and only send them one copy (green copy). You would think it would be an essential requirement on all their paperwork, wouldn't you ????

I've been told several things - send back to QLD EPA, send to NSW NPWS, or don't send it anywhere. Although I have sent to NPWS, I might just not at all since a few people I know have not been sending it anywhere after importing for years with no problems from anyone.

You're meant to buy a movement advice before you purchase the animal. Then send the forms to the person selling said animal. They fill them out and keep one(all the same info, just carbon copies) and send the rest with the animal, upon receiving the paperwork and such you keep a copy and send the remaning 2 to the epa.
Well that's how I think it's meant to get done. Although I doubt it happens like this all the time.
