Another Feeding Question?

If a hatchling MD will eat 2 pink rats in one sitting, ie, one after the other. Would it be able to get down a Velvet(small) rat? Cheers Cheryl

Only one way to find out! depends if it can get its mouth over it, two pinkies might seem equivilant but they need it to fit inside. I say give it a go, at worst your back to pinks.

Ok, pugsly, will have a go for next feed. This little bugga is hungry 3 days after the last feed. Just wondered if it could fit in a bit more bulk? Cheers Cheryl. If he/she can't fit in a small velvet, we will just go back to multiple pinks I guess.

Yeh go for it, pinkies don't offer much in the way of bulk. If it can take fuzzie rats the go for it!!
