Yep, give them some height difference. U've got nothing to worry about, beardies arent stupid, if they're sitting in the cold end, they realise that they're sitting in the cold end, and its quite possible that he's just a bit hotter than the other guy.

Theres a chance they are still too warm if one is always going to the cool end, and one is sleeping against the glass (the glass is probably cooler than the bottom of the enclosure). Do you need night time heat? Have you got a thermometer - mine only gets to mid 20s at night, so I don't use night time heat. Maybe in winter though......
How cool will your enclosure get without night time heat?

You'll probably find the one at the cold end is a bit darker in colour and absorbs heat better or has been hogging the basking spot for hours and needs to cool down. Herps are experts at controlling their body temp as long as they have the option of warm or cold they'll be where they need to be.

the 1 that is going to the cool end all the time is quite darker at night time atm with no heating it would get down to 15s easy atm with night time heat the tank is 26 degrees cel. and yeah il try adding some higher branches to.

Feeding behaviour wld show for sure if any bullying was happening tho.
