beardie help

ok so i just bought a beardie im picking him up next week (this will be a mission) lol anywho im getting a 24nch fluro UV black light and going 2 put in a reflector globe in for basking (will 75watts be hot enuff??) or should i get a ceramic thingi and keep it going 24/7??. But was wondering how i will keep it warm at night?? does it need heating @ night or do i just turn it all off?? he is 4months old (i dont know what sex so ill just stick to he lol). going to use news paper until he's older so i dont have to worry about impaction. Im going to put in a big dish with water in it so he can get in it totally. Do i just dust his food with repti cal one day and multi vitamins the next and nothing after that then repeat?? And are woodies ok for his meals?? How many should i give him and how often?? with vegies etc thanks guys

you should have a heat mat under his tank and leave it in at night woodies supplmented every 3-4 days with both cal and vit is good and with the veggies offer every day and let him eat what he wants then take them out when u turn the lights off also how big in the tank if its smaller than 2ft you might over heat it with the 75wt globe try and keep temps 30-33hot 23-25 cool give him a log or rock or both to bask on and a place to hide mine have a wooden hide with a log on top they wont hide much but mine like to sleep in theres hope this helps
