All that blackstuff is newsprint so ya cant tell me that a snake can slither around on it all day and night and it doesn't get on it's skin. Not saying this is harmful because, quite frankly, I don't know that it is but ya can't tell me it doesn't happen That's the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me  |

now do u read the age or herald sun cos strangely enuf i find i get a LOT more ink on my fingers after flicking thru the age than the herald sun! (and i use the herald for my snakies) lol.  |

I use marine carpet but still struggle with smell,even tho' africafishhead doesn't, but he is a mistical,magical creature that not many have had the fortune (or misfortune) of meeting yet!!! LOL

I found that MC makes the snakes smell, BC is good for big snakes and NP for smaller. |

Just thinking , with today awernes, if that paper ink would be harmfull to skin, newspaper printers would be in some sort of trouble by now. |

BC is easier to clean than newspaper and is great for any size snakes.
MC carpet looks good but to keep it smelling clean takes a bit of work, so it's very time comsuming when you have a sizeable collection.
