They will easily breed at 18 months of age, ideally 2 1/2 for females but not strictly necessary, you have to remember they hatch around Christmas time and start mating around mid year. I had a female this year lay 9 eggs and she was almost 3 when she laid but only around 800mm long.

i no this is a lil of track but is it just a matter of putting them together to get them to breed or is there more to it
