hey i just wanted to know what u need to do if u buy snake from diffrent state i am in vic but i think closet air port is in nsw about 45 min away just wanted to know just in case any help would be great  |

I'm not sure what they do in VIC but in QLD if I was to buy a snake from say anywere really the person I'm getting it needs to obtain a export permit and I would get a movement advice (I don't think your state has them though). And then once the sender has the movement advice they would just send the snake to me and then once I received it would fill out my movement advice, I keep a copy, I send a copy to my local wildlife mob and then send a copy to the person who I brought the snake off. But like I said that's just QLD and your state would be different. Best woudl be to ring your local wildlife mob.

yea in nsw u need to obtain a import/export licence costs u around 20 buck and last 1 month

I have filled out a few of the import/expot forms and whats required is fill out the import form first send it in then they send you a number you then put on the export form and send it in.
