Hi everyone I was just wondering if it is okay to put ceramic pots in snake enclosures to hide in as I made a hole in one and wondered if it would be good for my snake.

I use ceramic pots and just cut out a little hole using an angle grinder. The cost between $2 and $20 from Bunnings or any other garden supply place. Als they keep the heat a bit longer.

No problemo!!
I usually stuff newspaper up inside so that the snake can squeeze in there a little tighter and it blocks off the little drainage hole too!!

I use a ceramic self watering pot from bunnings so that if I leave the lid open he can go inside but I can also use it to hold a fake plant | | |
