Chicken necks

Apart from being a delicious soup additive, are chicken necks any good to feed to carpets?

I thought I read that somewhere on here but wasn't sure how successful it might be.

Is there any advantage to breaking up their diet?

Ewwww chicken neck soup!! Cough, cough!!
You can feed them to them but best to keep it as a "treat" not a staple.

The only advantage is money, but yes, they are suitable as a sometimes food.

Not all snakes seem to eat them when offered initially, so you may need to scent them with a rat or something first.

I also trim the bulk of the fat off the the necks.

No bone in the breast and what's the point? Chicken breast is no cheaper than rats.
