how old is it?
Loki stores his poo for about 4 feeds before shedding, then does an enormous one.
...so thats about a month of nothing.
not sure if thats normal,....but hes been like that for that fro about 6 months,...
(hes a bredli)
i also heard when he was on pinkies that they can absorb the whole pinky cos their like bags of fluid, so if ur DP is on pinkies maybe it needs furry food. @ that stage he didnt crap fro about 6 weeks,...

Don't painc, i have a certain animal that takes over two weeks to take a dump. I don't wait for it to crap before feeding- if i did it would never grow.

Pythons can hold it in for ages. Just continue feeding and supplying water. Lack of water can make them pass dry faeces which dont slide out as easily as moist ones. There's also more chance of a partial prolapse with dry faeces.
Anyway, you can often tell if a snake is constipated as it will keep the last half of it's body in a straight line instead of bringing it into it's coils when resting. If you let the last half of the body hang, you can often run your thumb down the snakes belly to feel for any hard lumps which may be causing a blockage.
I wouldnt be concerned, i think your snake will crap when it's ready...and without any problems.

Thanks everyone for your input.
She out and about now and looks quite comfortable.
By the way she's six years old.
