First of all don't even attempt to feed her for at least a week. She most probably won't eat due to the stress of being in a new environment. Also forget about handling her for at least the same amount of time. Your handling her is only adding to the stress.

Three days is absolutely nothing to worry about considering most people usually feed at least a week apart.

my childreni didnt eat for 1 month after first picking her up from the airport. she was snappy and bit me every time i had to go into her tank. but after 4 weeks, she sloughed, and calmed down and i didnt touch her once. she ate, and now she eats every 7-10 days without any problem. and she is turning into a nice placid python.
leave your python alone for awhile, they need to destress and adjust to there new enviroment.
