It is cooling down...they go off their food...three weeks is NO BIG DEAL for a snake.
He is not a little hatchy...hence eating half grown rats.....stop worrying..he will eat when he wants and there is no need to scent his food if he has had no problem feeding before!!!

Just to give you an idea, i have a two month old coastal that has just had her first feed in five weeks and she could have gone a lot longer.
