How long have you had the snake?
when i got my coastal hatchy (years ago now) he wouldnt eat for 6 weeks. then one day i put a pinkie in, walked away, and five minutes later it was gone. turned out he hated being watched for months.
having said that, i got a new mac hatchy a few weeks ago, left him completely alone to settle in for a week, and he ate the first pinkie offered the week after i got him.

check temps, and how big is the enclosure? (everyone will ask that one.. just getting in first, lol) if its too big and he isnt comfy, it could put him off his food. i know some people feed chicke necks to their snakes sometimes, but because its not a whole animal, you cant feed them exclusively as they dont have all the nutrients required..

Were the skinks live or frozen?
If the snake is not taking rodents, then it is unlikely he will take chicken bits.
First thing to do is make sure the enviroment is perfect; temps, size, day night cycles, in a no traffic area, no touching. etc.
donk

are you still feeding live?
Also I have heard of someone who to get her hatchies feeding gave then a really small cube of steak. She swears by it. Otherwise try scenting the pinky with skink etc. Remember not to try too often too

You could try a smaller container. It may work even if you think it is to small. Plenty of hides.
