What are you going to keep in there? I'd say either a 75w or 100w reflector globe up top should suffice.

I prefer to use heat matts or heat rocks, I have seen to many tragedies from heat lamps. I would go with a small heat rock.

dont worry mr bredli it includes scale rails na its pretty safe all diffrent levels and about 2 inches of bark and leaf litter on the bottom!!!
