herp terms and what they mean

Hi everyone, I get on this great site everyday for a read and sometimes even reply to a topic or two but being a newby to the herp world i still havent quite caught on to all the terms everyone uses...ie. imo etc would someone please HEEEEELP lol its driving me mad

ie = that is, to say in other words
imo = in my opinion
etc = etcetera = continuing in the same way

i know most of the net terms lol, pmsl ,rofpmsl etc i was hoping for more of the herp terms and what they mean but thanks for the quick replies

gtp= green tree python
bhp= black headed python
hatchie= very young snake under 3months
coastie= coastal carpet python
cp= carpet python
dp= diamond python

thanks Peter that link was spot on to what i wanted and thanx to everyone else that helped i feel like a real herpie now..lol
might start breeding my dragons and python togeather to see what comes out of it....rofpmsl
