Hey all, I was thinking about getting my kids a blue tounge each for Christmas (as they have been bugging me for months) and was wondering how to care for them. Things I would like to know is what and how often you fed them, what sort of heating, what type of flooring in enclosure and life span.
Any advice on this would be helpful or directions to somewhere, where this info can be found.
Thanks!!!

They are very easy to keep, I feed juvs every day or two, adults twice a week they eat a large variety of foods like soft fruit & veg, pinkies, slow moving insects, snails, worms, canned pet food, bearded dragon pellets. My oldest is about 15 but I've heard they can live up to 40 years old, heat from above as they love to bask, substrate can be newspaper, kitty litter (Breeders choice, but some people would disagree) or leaf litter it depends on how much time you have and whether you want it to look natural or not.
Try googling it and you may get some good sites.
