i think im dumb

Hi guys you will all probably think i am dumb after this thread but here it goes if your snakes breed and there is eggs can you leave them with them in the enclosure so you don't have to do as much work

You ain't dumb, if your new to reptiles, good thing you asked. You can but the traditional way is to use a incubator.

you can leave the snake with the eggs put you wont get the same result as an incubator an incubator keeps them at the right temps to get a close to 100% success rate for your eggs leaving them with the mother might result in um hatched eggs and because of the temp they might be all male or all female not a mixture fo the both

plus its not good for the female as she most likely won't eat while shes incubating, leading to massive condition loss

make one, look it up in the search function, there are heaps of plans there, it'll be cheaper for you

Just to correct some previously posted missinformation. Incubation temperature does not effect the sex of hatchling snakes.

Temperature will effect the length of incubation to hatching and in some case the patterning of the hatchlings.
