Question impaction

i was just wondering what exactly is impaction,can't reptiles just poo out a bit of sand or small rocks
thats all i wanted to know.thanks.

To keep it simple, Impactions when the reptile cant just poo out the sand or rock.lol

did that MD end up passing the last of it?

No Chris, the MD was sent to the Herp Vet down at Adelaide Zoo and operated on to remove the last of the impaction. It was way too large for it to be passed. It is now at Cleland Sanctuary down in the Adelaide Hills. I'm just waiting to hear from our local Fauna Rescue lady as to whether the MD survived ok. Cheers Cheryl
