Incomplete shed

My childrens hatchling has shed for the second time (first time with me) and he's gotten all his shed off except his tail. I sprayed him with some water, but is there anything else I should do?

Thanks

put him in a container with a soaking wet towell and leave him for a while, then if still there,
put him in a shallow bath

Okay, I'm an idiot, I used cold water. Is it okay to let it warm up a bit then take him off the mat?

wait till the skin is soft on the tail from soaking and you can gently rub it off, good luck!

So, he won't get it off himself? He doesn't like the little container I put him in. When I was putting him in his kept poking his head out, made it hard to shut

and put him in the bath too, only bout 4 cm deep
that way, he has a shallow end and a deep end.

Oh, okay.

I'll just keep him in the enclosure with a *warm* soaking paper towel for a while and see how he goes

His small container with the towel in it has plenty of holes in the top

And, for all extensive purposes, I don't have a bath :/
