temps up a little, vets (may do scrapings and will give antibiotics and possiby suggest oral drops
i dont belive it is contagious but i would still keep it seperate to other snakes as you should with all new snakes.

Craig

Found you a bit more info

Necrotic stematosis
Canker is an infection of the gums. It is more commonly seen in captive animals than wild sick animals. It is usually associated with poor hygiene or stress. It tends to be more common in snakes, but can be seen in all reptile species.
Initially, the signs include swelling of the gums and small haemorrhages along the gums. The animal will get yellow-white cheesy matter clinging to its inflamed gums and lose its appetite.

If the disease is detected in its early stages, improving hygiene and reducing the animal’s stress will fix it. Advanced cases will need veterinary attention. The animal’s mouth will need to be cleaned out daily with an antiseptic, and, depending on the severity, may also require aggressive antibiotic treatment. Vitamin C supplements have also been shown to help the animal recover.

Cant find anything that says its contagious though

If it is Canker...
It is infectious, so keep strict hygene procedures. Best to get it too a vet, it will probably need antibiotic treatment, possibly multiple injections. Also get it on some good heat, at least 35 degees if not a bit more, and take any water out of the encolsure to reduce the humidity. give fresh bowl of water every day for 5 to 10 minutes, to allow it to drink. Also wipe out the inside of the mouth around the puss area to keep it clean, using cotton buds.
And... get it to a vet! JMO

i dont think its infectious, but depending on the reason why it got it in the first place (bad temps, or stress ect..) its possible some of your other snakes could get it to because there exposed to the same conditions

I have seen some terrible cases of canker. (not my own pets) where the Canker has spread into the head of the critter, up inside the gums, and I have heard in some cases, it seeps out of the eyes if left un treated. Awful. Nasty
All the best.
