is my temp to hot ????

Hi Guys Just Want To Know If My Temp Is To Hot In The Cold Side Of The Tank Its Reading 26c And In The Hot Side Its Reading 29c I Am Useing A 75w Infrared Exo Terra Lamp Thanks Bryson

Depends on who you talk to or which book you read from. Anything from 24-31 with enough of a gradient is usually enough. Temperature may then be varied slightly to reflect seasons. Stimmies can be exposed up 33+ degrees or 24 below degrees for short periods in the wild dependant on locality, so if you keep aroud that ball park you should be fine

Generally avoid handling for the first two weeks when you get him. Get him to feed and used to the new environment. When you start handling him, once a day 5-10 mins at a time. As he gets older and more comfitable and used to surroundings handle him for longer periods (usually 20-30 mins). avoid overhandling as this will stress him and be a detriment to your snakes health.
