i was just wondering is it best to hand feed beardies or to just leave the food in there enclosure with them???

Its up to u, i do both, they can bite your hands sometimes and associate your hands with food but they r just beardies so it doesnt really matter.
Its not reccomend to leave uneaten animals in with your beadie so remove what they dont eat if u let them chase it.
