lighting help plz

im just wondering if you know if there is a 60 cm long light (tube) that heats ?

Not that I know of, the fluro tubes create a little heat but not much.

You can 61cm UV tubes. They're not designed to give off heat and are a low wattage, but a small amount of heat will be emitted.

a snake if i ran a day light and a heat pad would that be efficient enought to keep him/her ( it ) lol warm

If the heat mat is making enough heat you should be right.

Yes, as long as the heat pad was giving a constant thirty odd degrees.
