Hey all been doing a bit of reading on monitors,
and from what ive seen ackies and gilleni are the best beginner ones
im more interested in gilleni
and from what i understand:
average size : 40 cm
enclousure size: 3 x 2 x 2
hot spot of about 70 degrees rest of the enslousure should be around 30 -40
they eat mince, occasional pinkies, enjoy spiders and other insects aswell, cat food is also good for them. and its best to keep them on a varied diet.
been trying to get my hands on a copy of a reptiles australia that has ackies and gilleni articles but to no avail!
can anyone confirm or edit this info and possibly tell me there average cost
