movement QLD help please!

as you may/ may not know, i am getting a new snake very soon
(won the door prize in the win an albino competition yey!)

ive now been informed it is a Morelia bredli
so, yey im getting a little bredli woo!

but the question now is, how do i organise the movement advice?
i went to the QLD epa website and printed the movement advice request form.

whos details do i put on it, where do i send it (the seller or the epa) and is that it? what am i supposed to pay
ive tried reading through previous threads and most are about NSW... (by the way im a blonde too)

so if you could help me, it would be greatly appreciated thanks

i think its $2.75 call the epa then you just send a money order and they send the movment advice to you

or go pick one up from a petshop that sell reps they can sell you a movement advise for the same price

I think a Qld Movement Advice is only for moving animals in Qld/or interstate. I think all you would have to do is add the little bredli to your record book.
If the bredli is coming from interstate it's up to the person it's coming from to apply for export permit.
I am sure I will be corrected if that's not right.

I didnt fill out one of those order forms i just called up and it arrived in the mail in less than 10 days

ok, well i guess i should just call up the EPA, give my deets, and they send me the advice then i send all the coloured copies n what not to whom they belong sweet

your local pet store who deals in reptiles should have a movement advice book and should sell you one movement at about 5 or 6 dollars

To receive a snake from interstate:

You should get a movement advice and put the details of the snake's owner and your details in the appropriate places. Then send 3 copies to the snake owner (green, pink and yellow) who then sends two back with the snake (green and pink) and they keep the yellow for their own records.

When you receive the snake you need to sign the bottom of the pink form, and send it, along with the white form to the EPA. Keep the green form for your own records.
