Hi Guys,
My father in law has built me a new 4 x 2 x 2 enclosure for my beardy
we are using clear acrylic on this to keep moisture out,
My question is how long should i leave it before i put her in it ?
Advise would be appreciated

Turn it on after you have allowed the coating to dry and heat it up for a few days to help eliminate
any smell or fumes that it may give off and you should be right to use it after that.

I like to run an enclosure for about 3 - 4 hours with no thermostat to fully thermally test the enclosure. I'll do this 2 or 3 times over a few days then give it a good scrub. I usually find the smell has cleared in that time.

waterbased products will have less of a smell to them.... i still run them for 2 weeks before i move occupants in....
just to be sure...
