No Poop

Hi all, i'm getting a bit worried as Queenie, my coastal python has not had a poop for nearly 2 weeks now. Should i be worried or should i do something or will it all be ok?
She is eating normally, and isn't snappy.
Can't feel any lumps in her tummy. Just not sure what too do.
Thanks

Two weeks should be of no concern. Perhaps you should let your snake roam around the house, as they are always keen to leave a little present under the sofa or bed from my experience

would if i could, she's handled pretty often ( daily ).
If she was feeling a little stressed could this make her hold on?
Is it ok to feed her if she hasn't pooped yet?

If you are worried, you could try warm baths. I have some snakes that are very "regular" while others are not. How often are you feeding the snake? I have not fed some of mine for nearly 8-9 weeks, and as such, they have not yet soiled their cages within this time. Some of my animals however are not fed until they have passed fecal matter due to the risk of prolapse.
Has your snake produced any uric acid deposits?

i have a jungle that can be a little slow to poop. shes a bit lazy so we take her out to some CLEAN and UNTREATED grass and let her have a wander. within about 10min we have poo! cant remember the last time she pooed in her tank! 2 weeks is nothing to worry about, just keep an eye on it. They usually know what theyre doing!

Don't forget, whenever you take your little snakes outside, to keep an eye out for birds around you.

there have been a couple of spots of uric acid deposits. We feed her weekly, offered her a fuzzy rat yesterday and took it.
Might give her a warm bath tomorrow. What temp do you have the water at?
Hope she poops soon.

just be careful of the water temps.
If it feels warm to us, it is hot to them.
I know a bloke that did that to his snake and killed it.
Doubt that that happens much though

Yeah go the warm bath as that usually works.

Could be just the way that snake is, I have one that hangs onto it for until the next feed.........even though that's usually only monthly in her case.

it is suggested that you dont handle your snakes for a few more than 2 days after a feed... i dont handle mine untill a good 4 days after

Just change the paper or whatever substrate your using in your enclosure!! It works for all my animals. I can almost guarantee that five minutes after I put new paper in there, there will be a turd waiting!!! haha

Some snakes hold onto their poop until they shed...does it look like she may be going to shed? Just my 2 cents.

Cheers
