Razz - How old is Mojo? Isn't he only a baby? If so, I would definately recommend getting that temp higher...

IMO you should give it more heat. You could try moving something closer to the light so it can bask. IMO a basking spot of 40 or so is good. Are you using reflector bulbs?
Halogen lights are the best for basking spots IMO a 50 watt halogen would be plenty of heat for a young beardie and far more efficient than conventional bulbs.

Razz - I agree with Cris entirely - I think he needs more heat...40 - 45c should be a good temp range to get his body ticking over again and I think you'll find he will get back to normal. I understand that he is not basking all day but that is likely because the cool temperatures have triggered him to go into a 'cool down' as the temperatures are consistent with Winter...

...It is generally recommended that young Beardies are kept warm through their first year until they have grown a bit...warm him up and he will likely snap out of it...

Halogen = this. Hardware stores sell them.

Connect your heat source to a thermostat to prevent cooking your pet.

It is possible to overheat your Beardie - in saying that though selecting the right wattage and finding the correct height above your basking site - it is definately possible to run this solely on a timer. Of course a thermostat is the safest way of regulating the temperature but it will need to be checked regularly to ensure it i still functioning correctly...
