Just looking at that I would say she has a small infection which is pushing her jaw out slightly. All you need to do is keep her mouth clean. You can use a pair of tweezers to remove any visible infection and apply that brown stuff (Povidone-Iodine Antiseptic I think its called...although it has some other name statring with B as well...) with a cotton bud.
If you think you might have trouble doing this , you can always contact Tony Gestier at Vetafarm. You wont find a better herp vet around here.
