go easy on the corn, if fact don't use it, it's not good for your beardie.
Parsley, bok choy and carrot are good, not to sure about the sweet potatoe.
Chop up all your vegies, so they're not huge. You ut them up according to the size of your beardie, for babies, chop it up finely and for the adults i like to give them there leafy veggies bigger as they are more capable of tearing it up.

just a small dish should do, or you can hand feed if you want.

Be careful not to feed too much carrot as the beta carotene in the carrot converts to Vitamin A which in large amounts will become toxic to your dragon. Your vitamin supplement may already contain enough beta carotene.
I feed bok choy, continental parsley, endive, celery ends, squash and snow peas daily with apple, carrot, paw paw, mango, green beans, capsicum and strawberries occasionally.
Cut vegetables and fruits finely so as your beardie can easily eat them or even grate them if that's easier for you and leave them in your beardies bowl (even a lid off a jar will do) so that the beardie can see them. Remember your dragon needs to warm up before eating and needs a few hours of heat after eating to aid digestion so don't feed just before turning the lights out
