It was every six months, wasn't it?

I met some one who had obtained a licence, bought a snake and sent her returns in for a number of years, detailing the species she kept. It was a ball python. She never once got a call from Parks and Wildlife. I don't think they ever read those returns. Huge waste of time and effort, but one would expect nothing less from a government department.
