Question Questions on bearded dragons

I just wanted to get rid of a few of these questions

1.I've done the research but was wondering if anybody knew where to get cheap UVB 10.0
2.For a basking light could i get a 100 watt normal bulb which usally costs 50 cents
3.I've also wanted to know where can get a cheap thermostat for the enclosure.

1. for the sake of the any reptile....including dragons.. use a reptile prescribed U.V.B
they are around $30-35.... & will prevent health problems..which will cost you more $$$
& in the end the $$$ spent will be in vain if you dont as the reptile WILL DIE with out it..(other than reptiles not needing U.V...ie;snakes)
2/3. get a spot light...from a hardware store..under $3
to know wattage needed is depending on the size...dimensions of the habitat
also what the habitat is made from...ie; glass, mdf, plastic, wood?
generally you may not need a thermostat....especially during winter
but a good reliable thermostat will be $80...get the dial type, you can adjust the temp by adjusting the dial
