Just wanting to know if anyone in Aus supplies nipples for an auto drinking set up in rodents? We are about to increase our rodent cages by about 300 so dont want to be changing bottles !!! Anyone help ? Cheers all Matt

If you are in Melbourne there is a place called Wiretainers in Preston which make cages for Rats and Mice, which is basically a plastic tub with a stainless steel wire top, which also houses their food and sip-feeder. They do have a web site if you google wiretainers you are sure to find it

Neither have what i need. Its all plastic gear for chickens and would be destroyed  Any other ideas ?

Will they do mice as well ?? I know that people have probs with mice as they are not strong drinkers ! But yes they look the goods. Ive seen them before i think they are for chooks ? Matt

Dead right Matt, the plastic are for the chooks. The stainless are for Rabbits & Guinea Pigs, I have them on my rats and work great. As for mice I'm not sure, I don't breed my own mice.
