A nice SA looks much better than an ugly NT, no doubt about it. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, most would say NT Womas look nicer on average, but there is far too much variation in both states to characterise them, even before taking personal taste into account. A nice specimen of either can be absolutely gorgeous. NT Womas have much better characters and are among the most fun of all snakes to keep. SA Womas are quite different, in behaviour they are quite reminiscent of Black-headed Pythons.

Unfortunately, a lot of people sell other things as Ulurus these days and a few are even selling Womas as "Topaz", even if they're completely unrelated to the true Topaz line. The lighting is very poor in that picture and the Topaz isn't displayed well at all. I'll have a search through my files and see if I can find a Topaz picture I'm free to share.
