Also when is the last time it fed and what kind of condition is it in?

it'll be right just give it some time for it metablosim to speed up again and it'll eat like a good little diamond again in no time.

...give it a break, roughly a week at a time between feeds, and I am sure it will begin feeding again. Has it had ANY heating at all over Winter? If not I would suggest keeping an eye on it to make sure it is in good health, not wheezing etc as an RI may develop under those conditions...
