If you go to the 'Quick Links' tab and select 'Subscribe' from the dropdown menu, you can then select either a Subscription or a Seller account. I think you have to pay by PayPal (so you'll need a credit card). If you don't have a credit card, I'm pretty sure you can contact Slateman for bank account details and make payment directly into the account.
