shedding?

hey guys ive got an md that is about 6mths old. i got him as a hatchy in march. for the first wk i left him and tried a feed after about 8 or 9 days and he wouldnt take it. i tried once a week after that for about 3 more wks with no interest. i then left him for 2 wks after which time he took the fuzzy. he has been fed every wk since then but has not shed at all since ive had him. he is also quite skinny compared with my macccy that is about 2 or 3 months older than him. im sure he should have shed by now. she has shed 3 or 4 times since ive had him. any ideas? any help or ideas yous could offer would be great. oh and hes about 40-50cm and is feeding on fuzzy mice

It will shed in time and there's no need to rush it. However, offering larger meals may speed up it's growth enough for it to shed. It's best to just be patient.
