Sick Thicktail Gecko advice

A friend brought this little guy around and he is in a bad way. His bottom jaw does not seem to align properly. I'm thinking that he has hurt himself somehow as there seems to be a lump under the right side of his jaw.
What can be done for him? (There are no reptile specific vets in Wagga to take him to.) We have him quarantined in a click clack with a heat source and plan to mist him to try and keep him hydrated. I don't know a great deal about geckoes so is this the right thing to do or is there anything else we could be doing for him?

If it has broken or displaced its jaw there isnt much that can be done for an animal of his size.
Just to be sure, put a few crickets in with it, (remove their back legs).
If he eats them he may well heal and learn to cope.
If not there isnt much that can be done IMO.

Could it be caused by a calcium deficiency?

She said she noticed it a couple of days ago. She doesn't think anything has fallen on it, but that was our thought too.

Callith, did your gecko survive?

Thats exactly what it is. Needs to be able to feed to get better though, try force feeding dusted crickets for a while see how it goes, usually geckoes like that never thrive though. Maybe caused from be over heated and under fed, heating for milii only needs to be for part of the day, not 24/7.
