|  | Subscriber | Join Date: May-06 Location: QLD Age/Gender: 33  | | | Hi all, I recently purchased 3 hatchling central bearded dragons & two of them are absolutely thriving but 1 is alot smaller than the other two & i'm wondering if anyone has any tricks to get him/her to fatten up. This particular beardie was a bit smaller than the other two when I first got them but doesn't seem to be putiing on weight even though she eats(not as much as others). Is there any notable size difference between males & females when they are this young(6 weeks) because i'm thinking that may be why, any help is most appreciated as this is my first time i've raised bearded dragons. I will try to get a pic of them all together for comparison

Gender:  | | | | No, there is no size or behaviour differences between sexes at hatchling age, from my experiences most of the hatchling bullies have turned out to be the females, as Matty01 said, you will need to seperate it from the other's before the problem becomes worse (and it will ).

|  | Regular Member | | | | | seperate them mate at about 3,4 months of age the males in particular will attack each other .I learnt the hard way years ago i had a pair housed together and at feeding time they become very aggresive toward each other to the point one lost a foot.Not good |  | |
