Snake Skin Concern

Hey, the past couple of days i have noticed that the skin on my jungle python is looking a bit strange. Just behind her head there is a line of skin running around her neck, not all the way, that seems almost a bit sort of puffy and raised. I think she is coming up to shed, have not seen the milky eyes but she is looking very pale. I have not had her long so have not seen her before a shed before. I have attached a pic of it. Bit hard to get a good pic of it but if anyone has any suggestions as to what it might be that woudl be great. I was going to let her shed and see if thats all it is but am a little concerned. She is still eating fine and attitude is normal. She is spending most of her time in her hide recently, which is another reason i think she is ocming up to shed.

In the pic the line runs from behind her right eye diagonally up towards her left eye behind her head.

Thanks,
Dave

Sounds like s shed.
Have a look at her underbelly towards the tail as this usually stays a milky colour coming uo to a shed (at least with ours it does )

Dont be too concerned, just watch it and monitor how it goes. If it starts to vibrate and taratulas explode out then you have a problem.
But unless it is visually affecting her, it may very well be nothing to worry about.

So just monitor, If it appears to change in a negative way get her off to the vet.
